Stratford Dental Scoops Top Customer Service Award based on extensive independent feedback from WhatClinic.com users.



Stratford Dental was awarded a top industry customer service award this week, based on feedback from WhatClinic.com customers over a twelve month period.

Only clinics that have an excellent record of service and superior satisfaction record are awarded the annual title of WhatClinic.com Customer Service Award Winner.

Customers rated clinics based on how well the clinic treated them, how quickly they were contacted and seen, and how happy they were with the treatment.

I had neglected my teeth for some time, due in part, to some bad past experiences with dentists. I was ashamed to smile. I decided to arrange an appointment with Stratford Dental. I was very nervous but was reassured by Manju and she worked out a treatment plan. 

 

I now have a smile that I am proud of. My family, friends and work colleagues have all commented on my new teeth. I was recently leaving a supermarket after having joked with the cashier and a lady, a complete stranger, stopped me and said, "What a wonderful smile. It is lovely to see." I was shocked and just gave her a massive grin.

 

I would like to thank the team at Stratford Dental, especially Manju, for giving me my confidence back.

Many thanks to all who listened to my Dental Phobia radio interview this morning, I will post it online soon. Thanks also to the great team at the station, coping with me whilst trying to do a live broadcast of Princess Anne from Coventry Cathedral!

If anyone is listening today, I am on BBC Radio Warwickshire at 11am talking about dental phobias and how to bypass them. I was asked to do BBC WM in Birmingham last Friday and I think it went down ok! Apparently there were quite a few nervous patients waiting on the line.

Have you been down to Stratford Dental recently? If not , you must come and see our  fantastic new fish tank! Yes that big glass box between our adult lounge and children's play area has now been filled thanks to the Croft School!

Rob and I at the beginning of the year sat down pondering about the fish tank and as we pondered we realised Stratford Dental was looking for Nemo!

Mrs Thornton and Miss Morgan from the Croft school readily agreed to help us on our quest with their art club, and they haven't disappointed! We now have our own Mermaid, Octopus and Treasure chest!

Anyone is welcome to come down for a coffee and a look at our work of art!

Talking about art work we also have lots of white walls that need filling ( we can only do certain types of filling !) So if there are any art societies out there that need to showcase their work to a varied and wider audience then give us a ring.
